Hybrionic

Hybrionic designs and manufactures thick film microcircuits and hybrid circuit assemblies from its Ang Mo Kio facility, with additional operations in Malaysia. Established in 1991, the company produces precision resistor networks, surface-mount and box-build assemblies, and advanced packaging work including flip-chip and wire-bond interconnect. Its output supports customers in automotive electronics, industrial instrumentation and prototyping, where thick film construction offers durability and thermal performance that conventional printed circuit boards cannot match. More than three decades of continuous operation places it among Singapore’s longer-established electronics manufacturers.
