The Verified Score is an unbuyable 0–100 trust score. It is computed only from verified Singapore signals. No plan, payment, or sponsorship changes a company's score or its place in organic results. Methodology version: vs-2026-06-15.
What the score measures
- ACRA-registered entity (UEN) — up to 20 points.
- Verified ownership (claimed + attested) — up to 10 points.
- Government grant eligibility (PSG / EDG / IMDA, with a source) — up to 15 points.
- CSA cybersecurity trustmark (Cyber Essentials / Cyber Trust, unexpired) — up to 15 points.
- Listed certifications — up to 10 points.
- Verified local reviews (volume × rating) — up to 20 points.
- Profile completeness — up to 10 points.
Signals that can lapse (grant verification, cybersecurity trustmarks) lose credit as they age or expire, so the score reflects current standing.
What money cannot buy
Organic rankings can't be bought. A paid plan never changes a company's Verified Score or its organic order. Sponsored placements, when present, appear in a separate, clearly-labelled band above organic results and never reorder them. Paid lead routing in Get-Matched is labelled "Promoted" and is held to a quality floor.
