Feinmetall Singapore

Feinmetall Singapore is the regional arm of German test-equipment maker Feinmetall, designing, manufacturing and selling vertical probe cards and related accessories. Probe cards form the electrical interface between automated test equipment and the individual dies on a wafer, making them a consumable but precision-critical part of semiconductor test. The Singapore entity was incorporated in 2006 and operates from Marsiling Industrial Estate, placing it close to wafer fabrication and assembly customers across the region. Vertical probe technology suits fine-pitch and high pin-count devices common in advanced logic and memory testing.
