What we do
AQSolotl builds control electronics for quantum computers, the layer that translates instructions from conventional computing systems into the precisely timed microwave and analogue signals qubits respond to. Its CHRONOS-Q controller targets faster operation at lower cost and smaller physical footprint than established alternatives, which matters as systems scale to more qubits and control hardware becomes a bottleneck in its own right. The company also works across quantum components, quantum electronics and cryogenic hardware. Founded in 2023, AQSolotl is a deep technology spin-off from research carried out jointly at Nanyang Technological University and the National University of Singapore.
