How routing readiness and paid delivery work

Routing readiness starts at 20 points. It adds 20 for a business-email domain; 15 for a budget of at least S$25,000; 15 for an ASAP or 1-3 month timeline; 10 each for a supplied UEN, an organisation above 10 staff, stated grant interest, and a scope of at least 80 characters. A score of 40 or more is eligible for automatic routing. This score measures routing readiness, not project quality or vendor fit.

Automatic routing may share the brief and contact details with up to three participating claimed Pro or Featured vendors that have an active paid lead-routing setting for the category and score. Eligible recipients may be Singapore-based or global providers listed for Singapore buyers. Route caps and budgets also apply, and the recorded Pro or Featured tier determines order among otherwise eligible paid routes. Organic directory ranking is separate.

Below 40, the brief is saved but not automatically shared with a vendor. If no eligible paid route is available, it is also saved without automatic vendor delivery. A manual review may occur, but no response or shortlist is guaranteed.

The 18-month deadline applies to the directory records and vendor-inbox mirrors. Recipient vendors may retain separate copies; their retention and deletion practices are not confirmed by TechDirectory, and local erasure cannot recall copies they have made. The production purge schedule and monitoring remain unconfirmed.

Operator identity status: the legal operator name, registration number, and service address have not yet been published. The responsible controller/DPO is also unpublished, and the processor/transfer inventory and production purge monitoring remain unconfirmed. Do not submit personal or confidential information if you require those details first.

Every submitted brief is saved and may be visible to the operator for manual review. Automatic vendor delivery follows the rules above. Directory records are configured with an 18-month retention deadline; the production purge schedule and monitoring remain unconfirmed. See the Privacy Policy.
