Audio & Visual Companies in Singapore (2026)

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Professional audio-visual covers the systems that let a room see, hear and share: meeting-room and boardroom video conferencing, displays and video walls, digital signage, installed audio and public address, projection, AV control and signal distribution, and the immersive or broadcast environments built on top of them. The companies in this category are either product businesses — manufacturers and distributors of displays, cameras, speakerphones, control processors and AV-over-IP gear — or integrators who design, install, program, commission and maintain those systems in a real building. That split matters to a buyer, because a manufacturer sells you a proven box and an integrator takes responsibility for the outcome across many boxes, several trades and your network. Most disappointing AV projects are not caused by bad hardware; they are caused by the integration, the network and the day-two support being treated as an afterthought.

What to look for
  • Whether the company is primarily a product vendor or an integrator, and for an integrator, whether design, installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance are all done in-house or subcontracted — the seam between trades is where AV projects fail.
  • Named delivery experience in your actual environment: meeting rooms and boardrooms, classrooms and lecture theatres, control rooms, retail and signage, houses of worship, or broadcast, since the disciplines and standards differ sharply between them.
  • How the room is designed against measurable acoustic and sightline targets rather than an equipment list, and whether the proposal states intelligibility, coverage and viewing-distance criteria you can accept against.
  • The platform and network story: which conferencing ecosystem the rooms certify against, how AV-over-IP traffic is segmented and secured on your network, and who owns the boundary between the AV VLAN and your IT team.
  • A written day-two plan — remote monitoring, firmware and security patching, spares, response times and a maintenance contract — because an installed AV estate degrades silently without one.
