The team comprises Singapore-based analysts with backgrounds in IT procurement, systems integration, enterprise software evaluation, and regulatory compliance work across MAS, IMDA, CSA, and PDPC frameworks.

Editorial independence is foundational to our work. No vendor pays for placement, ranking, or favourable wording in our guides. Reviews on vendor profiles are submitted by Singapore buyers and moderated against our published review policy. How we work

Every published piece passes through the following before going live:

Primary research. We talk to Singapore-based buyers and vendors on background to ground each guide in real procurement decisions.

Public-record verification. Vendor claims are cross-checked against ACRA, IMDA partner lists, CSA-certified registries, and other primary sources.

Human review of AI assistance. We use AI tools (Gemini, Claude, GPT-class) for research synthesis and draft scaffolding, but every factual claim in a published piece is reviewed by the team. We do not publish unedited AI output.

Dated updates. Every guide carries a published date and a most-recent-update date. We review each piece at least every six months and update sooner when regulatory or market changes warrant it.

Conflict-of-interest disclosure. Authors with personal or financial relationships with covered vendors either recuse or disclose, per our editorial standards.
